Stencil
Repeat an uploaded shape as openings in a configurable stencil sheet.
A Stencil repeats the uploaded design across a rectangular backing. You can define the pattern by rows and columns, by finished dimensions, or by a fixed finished size with computed spacing.
Layout options
- Grid uses row count, column count, and spacing.
- Dimensions fits as many shapes as possible inside a chosen width and height.
- Computed Grid Spacing keeps the chosen rows and columns while calculating spacing to fit the finished dimensions.
Rectangular, diagonal, and random tiling patterns are available. Loose interior features can also be generated as separate pieces when the design contains islands such as eyes or a nose.
See Stencil settings for sizing, layout, margins, pattern, and thickness. Stencils use their own units for shape size, layout, and backing thickness.
