Size

Set the units and finished dimensions of a Cookiecad design.

Size controls the scale of the generated design. Cutter Sets label this value Size of Largest because the separate pieces retain their relative sizes. Texture Rollers label it Source Size because it scales one pattern tile before repetition.

Units

Choose mm or inches. Changing units converts the displayed size; it does not intentionally rescale the physical model.

Stencil shape, layout, and thickness units are configured separately under Stencil settings.

Size value

With Longest Side selected, enter one value in Size. Cookiecad preserves the image proportions and makes its longest finished dimension match that value.

The default is 75 mm.

A standalone Stamp uses the full requested size. In a Cutter + Stamp set, stamp clearance reduces the stamp so it fits inside the matching cutter.

Sizing method

Set size of offers:

  • Longest Side for proportional scaling from one measurement.
  • Width and Height for explicit finished dimensions.

Width, height, and aspect lock

In Width and Height mode, enter both values. Keep the lock closed to preserve the uploaded design's aspect ratio while editing either dimension. Open the lock to set width and height independently.

For Texture Rollers, these values are the source tile dimensions. Rotate 90 degrees under Texture Roller settings swaps which dimension runs along the roller and which wraps around it.
