Sandwich Cutter Settings

Configure the sealing edge, dents, cutter gap, and optional stamp.

These controls appear only for the Sandwich Cutter type.

Dent shape

Choose circle, triangle, or square dents. Circle is the default.

Dent size

Dent size controls the width of each repeated mark. The default is 3 mm.

Dent spacing

Dent spacing is the requested distance between repeated dents. Cookiecad adjusts the final distribution so dents fit evenly around the path. The default is 8 mm.

Dent depth

Dent depth controls how far the dent pattern presses into the material. The default is 2 mm.

Seal width

Seal width controls the band that presses the sandwich or pastry layers together. The default is 4 mm.

Cutter-sealer gap

The gap separates the sealing edge from the outer cutting blade. The default is 0.5 mm.

Rounded dents

Round Dents softens the dent profile. When enabled, Rounding Radius controls the amount of rounding; its default is 1 mm.

Offset outward

By default, the sealing edge offsets inward so the outer cutter matches the uploaded shape. Offset Outward makes the sandwich center match the uploaded shape instead. This control is disabled when Generate Stamp is on.

Generate stamp

Generate Stamp adds a separate center stamp and automatically uses outward offset behavior. Configure the extra part under Stamp settings.
